ASUS ZenScreen MB165B 15.6 Inch 60Hz Monitor was one of the worst purchase I have ever made. It never worked on any of my computers. I returned the monitor and since it was bought with my mother's debit card (it was a birthday present from her), Argos offered me a gift card instead of returning the money straight to her card. Unfortunately, my passport with the gift card was stolen shortly after that. My mother spoke with the Customer Office and she was told that the money would be returned in 5 days. When this did not happened, we phoned again and we were told that we lost the money. We are extremely disappointed with the return and refund policy of Argos and we will never buy anything again from your company. We should have been able to cancel the stolen gift card and get another one since Argos operates mainly on Internet. The gift card should have a number and once reported as stolen, should be replaced. It is not an option in 2022 to be told that since a piece of paper was stolen, we lost 129 pounds. The monitor was returned back to you and we would like to be given our money back.

Totally happy with the service I rec'd when I purchased my smart watch. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Booked a delivery slot - Argos did not stick to delivery slot which caused me to not go to work and wait for the delivery on a different day. Lost money from Job.. when I informed them they have done nothing about it.

Vicky, I think you need to come away from a customer service environment, yes everyone might have bad days but taking it out on customer is not on.

Overall experience from ordering to instalation was very good but had to wait a month to ge a Saturday delivery/installation.

Yesterday on the hottest day of the year I went to see my 91 year old Nana, she was really struggling with the heat. Myself and my daughter drove around to 8 different shops to try and buy her one to cool her down and stop her becoming ill…as well as being 91 she also has cancer, so of course we want to make her as comfortable as we can. As a last resort I bought a fan heater that also blew cool air, not knowing if this would work and with 12 minutes to go before Argos at Doncaster Wheatley Hall road closed we bought it on line rushed to pick it up. I explained what I was doing and why, I asked if they could test it for me before I left the shop as I didn’t want to buy something that wouldn’t work, the girl happily helped me with this with no issues or rushing at all, I was so happy and pleased with this.
The fan heater on cool wasn’t powerful enough, so again I was a pain right before they were closing and asked for a refund, again this wasn’t a problem. My daughter was Googling where else we could try to buy a fan before everywhere else closed, we thought we’d try one more shop, so we rushed out of Argos saying thank you for their help as they tried everything they could but they had sold out of fans. We were on our way to the next shop when I received a call, it was Argos ringing me back to explain they had rung round and sorted it that they had found another fan they could sell to me for my Nana…I was blown away, they didn’t have to put themselves out, they didn’t need to ring me straight away, they didn’t need to keep the shop open for me after they had closed for me and my daughter to go back and pick up this fan…I was over the moon…talk about customer service…this is excellent. Thank you to Jaye at Doncaster Wheatley Hall Road for being so kind, caring and making my Nana soooo happy, she actually wanted to ring you today to personally say thank you. I took a photo so I could attach it to this review, but can’t see where I can tag it on, so I will write more reviews somewhere else so I can show you how happy to made her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, we really appreciate what you did last night xxx

An item was delivered (and charged for) and just left; I have a physical disability and I could not move it - poor customer relations

Excellent instore service. Got this on sale and I am very happy. Have not used yet, but feels sturdy in hand, will probably make a few hand-person very jealous.

Very quick and easy

Couldn’t order my items on the self service computers in store. Said they were out of stock at this store. Had to seek help in store to order them.
Got them next day however, although had to tell the assistant that there were two items and he had to go and investigate this.
Got there eventually.

The product availability and descriptions were excellent; the ordering process equally so …”a walk in the park”; next day delivery superb and I was continually kept in the picture.
Finally….and just as important…I received an email after delivery offering advice/assistance in erecting the unit.
Service second to none- thank you Argos.

The goods arrived swiftly and the delivery driver was professional and friendly

Can’t fort this carpet sweeper for the price it’s excellent. I don’t have to hover as much now . Save on electricity too
